About The Author

Crawling on the floor to pick up pins with a u-shaped magnet in my uncle’s tailoring workshop inspired me to write The Pinn family Chronicles when I was eight years old; a story about a family of pins who had dropped between the floorboards of a dressmaker’s workshop. I have been writing ever since. My work has appeared in Simple Cooking, Gourmet News, Riverwoods Magazine, The Canadian Jewish News and The Best of Ducts. Always interested in food and its preparation, Ispent my professional life in the food industry, owning two specialty food stores and a wholesale sales organization. Seeking Shelter is my first published book.
